AI4MORECROPS will organize dedicated workshops in Morogoro districts (Kilosa, Mvomero, Morogoro DC, Gairo, and Kilombero) and Lindi districts (Kilwa, Lindi, Nachingwea, Liwale and Ruangwa) with the active participation of local farmers and farmers’ associations and presenting them the proposed solutions. Their feedback will be processed, in order to be included in the development process of a ML-driven crop yield prediction model and a smart farming system using low-cost IoAT sensors and interactive cloud-based big data analytics to monitor and evaluate crops’ performance in real-time.
